WE’RE ROLL-ING OUT OUR LATEST PARTNERSHIP WITH SOCIAL ENTERPRISE ‘WHO GIVES A CRAP’.
We’ve always known that when the chances come to help the community, we would do it. That’s why we’re so happy to announce that we are now the exclusive recruiters for WGAC’s creative roles! So, while they’re hard at work making a difference, we’re helping them find the best people to join their team!
If you aren’t already aware of what they do, they make 100% recycled and even bamboo toilet paper. They’ve got plastic free products and donate 50% of their profits to build toilets in the developing world. They’ve got a great brand voice and have hilarious socials and email marketing content, and it is such a pleasure to work with them.
The most important part of this partnership is that while we are hard at work filling their positions, we’re also putting aside a portion of our usual fee and donating it to our friends over at ‘HoMie’, who are another organisation that supports young people affected by homelessness or hardship and equipping them with the skills, confidence and experiences to be more work-ready and better prepared for their future. This is what WGAC had to say about the announcement:
We’re partnering with the amazing team at boutique recruitment agency, Creative Natives, to help us deliver a delightful and inclusive process and to ensure we appoint the perfect new addition to our team. Why Creative Natives? It’s so important that we work with partners who are not only industry experts, but also give a crap about the role they play. In addition to donating a portion of our fee for this work, we’re also super impressed by the work they’ve been doing to open pathways for young people affected by homelessness through their academy and their graduate mentoring program. We’ll be reviewing applications frequently and the team at Creative Natives will be reaching out directly to successful candidates.
Give a crap we do, and we’re excited for what’s to come! If you’re interested in hearing more about WGAC and any work we may have, then please reach out!
