Freelance for Good
We’re harnessing the power of our freelancers, for good. Whenever we place a freelancer who is registered with Freelance for Good, we donate a portion of their placement fee to their choice from our partner charities.
We’re always looking for new freelancers to join Freelance for Good, so if you’re keen to use your freelance skills to help a worthy cause, reach out to will@creativenatives.uk
Returning parents to work
We know how difficult it can be for parents to get back into the workforce after taking time off to raise their kids. The gap on the resume can be daunting to companies, but we’re turning it into a positive by incentivising companies for hiring return to work parents.
A parent’s work experience and knowledge doesn’t just go away as soon as they have a kid, and many still keep up with trends and changes in their area of expertise. Plus parents have great time management skills, can manage through chaos and multitask like a pro. There are so many great reasons to hire a return to work parent.
When we place a return to work parent, we charge that organisation only 50% of the placement fee to thank them for taking a chance on someone who is skilled, talented and a return to work parent.
So whether you’re a parent getting back into the industry or looking to hire a return to work parent, get in touch today. Reach out to our team or shoot us an email at will@creativenatives.uk.
Creative Natives Mentor Program
It’s hard to get your foot in the door and begin your career when you’re a new grad. Deciding what jobs to go for and where to work can be confusing and overwhelming. Enter the Creative Natives Mentor Program.
We match new and almost new grads with senior creatives within the same area of the industry to help new grads get direction, focus and potentially a leg up in the industry. Advice, tips and tricks from someone who has been there, done that and experienced it all can make a real difference. It’s only two hours over two weeks (although if you want to keep the mentoring relationship going, we’re not going to stop you!) so it’s low touch, but high impact.
Our mentor program runs once a year, but you can register your interest at any time. To learn more, check out our flyer and to apply to be either a mentor or mentee, reach out to will@creativenatives.uk.
We’re carbon neutral
We’re doing our little bit to help the environment and reduce our impact on the planet. Through Trace, we’ve been able to measure and off-set 100% of our carbon emissions. By doing this, we have reduced our carbon footprint, had 239 trees planted on our behalf and invested in Trace’s climate projects around the globe.
We renew our carbon neutral status every year to ensure we’re doing our part.
